Royal Concierge Services provides reliable, detail-oriented commercial cleaning and facility care tailored for professional and commercial environments. Services are designed to maintain cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and presentation standards while operating with professionalism, consistency, and discretion.
Services may include routine office cleaning, restroom sanitation, trash removal, floor care, surface disinfection, breakroom upkeep, dusting, interior glass cleaning, and general facility maintenance support.
To maintain service quality and safety standards, certain services are not included unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Exclusions may include hazardous material removal, biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest control, industrial waste disposal, heavy construction cleanup, exterior pressure washing, high-risk ladder work, and specialized restoration services.
Royal Concierge Services is not a maid service. For liability and organizational purposes, team members do not move or remove personal items, files, confidential documents, decorations, electronics, or furnishings in order to clean surface areas. Clients are encouraged to secure or relocate sensitive or valuable items prior to service appointments.
Clients are encouraged to communicate any specialized requests in advance so accommodations or referrals may be properly arranged when possible.
