To ensure availability and proper coordination, transportation requests for 1–4 passengers should ideally be submitted at least 24 to 72 hours in advance. Requests for groups of 5 or more passengers should ideally be submitted 48 to 72 hours in advance. However, same-day and last-minute accommodations may be available depending on scheduling and availability.
